Sweeper
/Ride-On Pad Foot Roller
/A padfoot, or sheepsfoot roller is mainly used on cohesive loose soil but can be used on other types as well. This compactor delivers a greater compacting depth than smooth drum rollers.
These compactors are single drum vibratory with sizes ranging from 36” to 84” wide to meet those demanding and high production jobs.
Single Smooth Drum Roller
/A Single Smooth Drum Vibratory Roller is equipped with a roller drum and rear pneumatic rubber tires. This compactor can be used in a variety of construction applications.
When your job requires a small compact roller, there are single drum walk behind units available for those smaller jobs.
These units are great for compacting soil, gravel, and asphalt. Whether you are prepping for a sidewalk, driveway, foundation, or road construction, we have compactors ranging from 22” to 84” to handle those tough job conditions.
ADIEM
/No site-specific foundation pad needed. Can be placed on existing surfaces such as concrete, asphalt or compacted soil/base material.
Composed of three component groups; reinforced concrete base, engineered lightweight concrete modules, and anchor brackets.
Re-directive capability. (Beginning Length of Need at 15’ (4.6 m) from nose.)
NCHRP Report 350 Test Level 3 compliant.
Sand Barrels
/Big Sandy: Impact Attenuator Sand Barrels
Big Sandy is identical and unchanged as a crash cushion when meeting NCHRP 350, TL-3 and MASH eligible.
Plastic barrels are engineered to break upon impact, resulting in proper attenuation of the impacting vehicle
Three (3) barrels are used to create all weights required in current standard array plans
Combination barrel utilizes a pedestal base and 200, 400, 700 lbs top half barrel to obtain weights without using shelves or cone inserts - eliminates leaking sand
Simple fill barrel to the molded-in fill line to obtain the correct weight. The molded-in fill line makes external verification of weights easy
Reinforced lip prevents barrels from deforming when filled and provides a quick and secure lid fit
Big Sandy’s stout construction allows for easy moving, lifting and emptying with optional TrafFix Lifting Ring
Water-Wall / Water-Filled K-Rail
/Plastic water-walls are easy to transport, store and set up. Use as k-rail to minimize damage to vehicles. Highly visible and fade resistant, with an insert area for lights. Designed to be space saving and have molded forklift holes for easy transport.
SKT - 350
/The SKT 350 (Sequential Kinking Terminal) is an energy absorbing tangent terminal. The SKT is 50'-0" long and has 8 breakaway posts. During head-on impacts, the SKT head slides over the W-beam guardrail. The rail is sequentially kinked or bent as it moves through the head. The kinked guardrail exits the head safely and the vehicle is brought to a controlled stop.
When impacted along the side within the length-of-need, the SKT functions like guardrail. The errant vehicle is safely redirected back toward its original travel path.
Smart Cushion 350
/The Smart Cushion 350 is a fully redirective, non-gating, bidirectional Impact Attenuator. It was designed for safety and reusability.
All required NCHRP 350 tests were performed with the same unit with no required replacement parts. Safety comes first with the SCI100GM as it provides lower average ridedown G forces due to the fact that it is a speed dependent system instead of fixed force.
It requires minimal spare parts inventories due to the new side panel design which minimizes damage and snag potential on side impacts.
